Within the Hunza region in Pakistan lies the Gojal community. These Gojali folks migrated into the Chapursan Valley and added a blend of interesting culture and cuisine to the region. We made our way to Gulmit, Pakistan to take a peak at the stuffed snow leopard at the Marco Polo While we were in Gulmit, Pakistan we tried a bunch of traditional Gojali dishes at our hotel restaurant, Gulmit Continental Hotel. Our favorite dish was shulbuth, made of creamy chicken with apricot oil:

So did you went for some short trek around gulmit??? and yeah of thing i wanna tell you that the caption you wrote is wrong the name of the dish is SHULBUTH so please do it correct.. i hope you won’t mind for that….
